| Bio: | I'm a single woman who has returned to live her hometown of Squaresville, CO after several years in NYC. I am now three years out of a major break up, and have just left a position at an academic press after six years in publishing.
I moonlight as a freelance art researcher and occasionally work as a creative writing instructor for teens. I am passionate about literature, particularly children's and YA. I have numerous hobbies and interests most of which are preceeded by the words, "I used to...."
My social circle went through a major change this past year, so I spend a lot of time alone. I've come to really enjoy cooking and long wanders on the nature path near my home.
My biggest motivating force is curiosity, and I have the pathological impulse to commit my life to paper. At the urging of a friend, I started to keep this LJ.
